Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

The purpose of the processing is to manage, confirm and invoicing reservations through the customer relationship, maintain customer contact, and conduct marketing and advertising. The processing of data ensures that the rights and obligations of the customer and the register are fulfilled according to the person stipulated in the data processing. The data will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the cooperation required for the above-mentioned tasks. The cooperation partners are fully committed to the processing of personal data in the country in a separate agreement. Similar agreements have been concluded with the data controller’s personnel.

Personal data of the subject will not be transferred to Oy Kon-Tiki Tours Ltd. Data collected in competitions will be transferred to the company participating in the competition. Such information was not announced in connection with the competition.

Principles of register protection

Customer data is not stored in paper prints. Customer data is stored in a password-protected and firewall-protected computer system, where the data is stored in the software supplier’s customer-specific relational database, which is located on a protected intranet. The database is not accessible from the public network. The received data is deleted from the system after the permanent storage period for accounting records. You can delete it at the Customer’s request or due to the end of the customer relationship. The Customer has the right to inspect the data concerning him in the reservation system by personally contacting the address stated in this statement. The Customer has the right to prohibit the disclosure and processing of his data for direct advertising and other marketing purposes.
